Public Functions

fft_taper Cosine taper, 10 percent at each end (like done by [McNamara2004]).
get_nhnm Returns periods and psd values for the New High Noise Model.
get_nlnm Returns periods and psd values for the New Low Noise Model.
welch_taper Applies a welch window to data.
welch_window Return a welch window for data of length n.
