remove_unique_ids(xml_string, remove_creation_time=False)[source]

Removes unique ID parts of e.g. ‘publicID=”…”’ attributes from xml strings.

Parameters:

  • xml_string (str) – xml string to process

  • xml_string – controls whether to remove ‘creationTime’ tags or not.

Return type:

str
