Return a string representing the date and time in ISO 8601 format.

Return type:: str
Returns:: String representing the date and time in ISO 8601 format like YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.mmmmmm or, if microsecond is 0, YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.
