Process all traces with compatible information and add their spectral
estimates to the histogram containing the probabilistic psd.
Also ensures that no piece of data is inserted twice.
Parameters:
stream (Stream or
Trace) – Stream or trace with data that should be added to the
probabilistic psd histogram.
Returns:
True if appropriate data were found and the ppsd statistics
were changed, False otherwise.
